Over the River and Through the Woods

Over the river and through the woods, to Christine's grandparents' house we go! Here's a little trivia for you: Did you know the author of the poem "Over the River and Through the Woods" was a resident of Medford, MA? Yes, Lydia Child was talking about visiting her grandparents in Medford, which is exactly what we did this week. Being in Tucson makes a "quick trip" to Grandma & Grandpa's quite impossible, or at least a bit longer than the 3 miles Christine & Jeannie used to have to travel from Tufts' campus when in college. Since we were in NYC this week, and just a few hours from Boston, we decided to take a quick trip up to visit family. In addition, we squeezed in some quintessential Boston sites, such as Faneuil Hall and lunch at the Barking Crab.
