Bon Voyage!

Our bags are packed, we're ready to go...

We departed from the Tucson Airport on Saturday with the maximum number of bags allowed by the airlines! Packing was certainly a challenge as we'll be away for the next three and a half months. We've got a few extra bags with Christmas presents and clothes for our week in Washington DC. We'll be leaving a few bags behind when we head off to Africa in another week since we'll only be carrying a hiking pack and a backpack for each of us. We brought only the essentials and a camera to document our adventures!
