Scott's Sunday "Jog"

On Sunday, Scott ran the Tucson Marathon. Why? Well, why not? Having not trained or run more than 8 miles prior to registering for the marathon, Scott just got a "wild hair" and wanted to see if he could complete a 26.2 mile run. He not only completed the marathon, but he finished in under 4 hours, which is very respectable! I cheered Scott on every few miles and took lots of photos to document his achievement. Now that we've both completed a marathon, it's nice that we can relate to one another's experience. Needless to say, we've both shortened the lifespan of our joints significantly, so we'll see who needs the knee/hip replacement first! See more photos.

I must say, I give you kudos for enduring that. Especially with no training...how are the feet, still sore. I have been training for 5 months now and am finally ready, I cant imagine just picking up and going.
